These Terms of Service govern your use of BingePages.com and purchases made from BingePages.

By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to place an order.

BingePages’ total liability for a claim concerning a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to that claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled by a court with lawful jurisdiction, subject to consumer rights that apply where the customer lives.

Severability
